Grape Stomping and Yoga
Thursday, October 19
When Lucille Ball tucked her skirt up into her belt and climbed into a barrel of grapes in 1956, she may have set the American perception of wine-making back a century or so, but she inadvertently started a grape-crushing craze. While nowadays nearly all wine is crushed using commercial equipment, there is still an intangible charm about the historical act of grape stomping. In this activity, guests will get to try it for themselves, keeping the tradition alive and creating amazing memories. Preregistration is required.
